1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for the provision of electronic services through the No-IP.pl website.

electronic services provided by the Operator, in particular: dynamic DNS, domain registration and management

2. Types and Scope of Services

2.1. Free Services
Dynamic DNS services provided through free subdomains (e.g. *.no-ip.pl, *.no-ip.eu) are offered free of charge. The conclusion of an agreement for these services follows the same rules as for paid services, with the exception of the obligation to pay a fee.

2.2. Paid Services
Registration, transfer, and maintenance of the User's own domains.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

3.1. The Agreement is concluded by registering an account, accepting these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and activating the account via the verification link sent by email.

3.2. Order Placement Process (for paid services)

The payment process is based on prepaid account top-up, which is then used to pay for services (e.g. domain registration or renewal). Before making a payment, the User has the opportunity to select the top-up amount, review and verify the order (selected services, amount, billing details). Confirmation takes place after accepting the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and clicking the payment button.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. A Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply after full performance of the service with the Consumer's express consent (e.g. domain registration, DDNS activation) and for digital content delivered immediately (prepaid top-ups).

4.3. In case of effective withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

5. Payments

5.1. Fees for paid services are specified in the current Price List.

5.2. Prepaid funds are non-refundable, except in the case of effective withdrawal from the agreement by a Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights – in which case the unused amount will be refunded in full within 14 days.

6. Refusal to Provide Services and Account/Subdomain Deletion

6.1. The Operator reserves the right to refuse to provide services (both free and paid) and to immediately delete the User's account and all associated subdomains in the event of:

  • violation of these Terms of Service,
  • using the services for illegal purposes (e.g. spam, phishing, distribution of malicious software),
  • actions threatening the security or stability of the Service infrastructure,
  • excessive load on DNS servers,
  • providing false data during registration,
  • lack of activity on a free account for more than 6 months.

6.2. In the case of free services, the Operator may delete a subdomain or account without prior notice if deemed justified.

6.3. The decision to refuse service or delete an account is final and no appeal is possible.

7. Complaints

7.2. The Operator will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is accepted.

8. Personal Data Protection

Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.

9.2. These Terms of Service come into force on January 1, 2026.
